HOW THE BIDDING SYSTEM WORKS         日本語 (in Japanese language)

The current highest bid received for an item is shown as the "Minimum Bid" value next to each item.
This figure will be updated on the website after a higher bid has been received.  For a new bid to qualify, it must be for an amount equal to, 
or greater than the currently listed "Minimum Bid". In the event of multiple bids of an equal amount at close of auction, the earliest received bid 
will be the winner.

All bids will be regarded as standard bids, where the amount of the bid will be the amount to be paid if that particular bid is successful (plus shipping costs). 
You should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your bid. If such a confirmation email has not been received after 24 hours, it is likely 
that your email was not received by me. Please check that my email address spinauctions@ace-aust.com has not been blocked by your email or firewall system.

All bids will be treated as standard, firm bids. I do not accept Proxy-type bids.

HOW TO BID 

Bids can be lodged by sending the following information by email to spinauctions@ace-aust.com,

(MONDAY to FRIDAY: EVENINGS ONLY - 7pm to 9pm Sydney time; WEEKENDS: 9am to 9pm Sydney time), 
by fax 61-2-4325-4557, or by writing to Greg Sanders, PO Box 4229, East Gosford 2250 Australia :

For each item you wish to bid on, please indicate:
* The Item number
* The value of your bid (how much you wish to offer)
* Currency of your bid (Australian dollars, US dollars, British pounds, Euro or Japanese Yen)
* Your contact details (full delivery address) - needed for shipping quotes

All auction items are shown with a "minimum bid" value. For a bid to qualify, it must be equal to, or greater than this amount. 
When you place bids, you should receive back a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive this email, please 
check that the email address spinauctions@ace-aust.com is not being blocked by your email or firewall system. 
 
The highest bid made for a particular item received before the close of auction will win that item. 
The winning bidder will be notified of the total cost to him/her including shipment costs within one week of auction close.  
Only winning bids will be notified. Full payment for winning bids must be received within 30 days of close of auction.

All outstanding auction bids must be paid for in full before any further bids will be accepted (no carried-over bids between auctions).

PAYMENT METHODS

Bids are accepted in the following currencies: Australian Dollar, U.S. Dollar, Japanese Yen, British Pound or Euro.

Payments may be made using the following methods:

* PayPal (http://www.paypal.com)

Please note: I no longer accept credit card payments (please use the PayPal system to do this).

* Cash (see warning below)

* Bids from within Australia - Australia Post Money Order, Bank / Personal Check, Bank Draft, Direct Deposit (Telegraphic Transfer).  
  IMPORTANT: Make all Money Orders / Bank Checks etc. payable to GREG SANDERS ( NOT "SpinAuctions" ).
Any received not made payable to GREG SANDERS will be returned to sender.

* International Bidders - Because of bank fees, International Money Orders / Cheques will no longer be accepted. 
International bids can be paid by PayPal, Direct Deposit (Telegraphic Transfer), or Cash (see warning below).

PayPal payments are the most secure and cost effective payment method for buyers anywhere. 

After PayPal, Australia Post Money Orders are the cheapest, and easiest method of payment for bids made within Australia.  
Payments by cheque (Australia only) may require up to 3 days bank clearance before shipment.

Please make all checks/money orders (Australia only) payable to: GREG SANDERS ( NOT "SpinAuctions" ). and forward to: 
Greg Sanders, PO Box 4229, East Gosford  NSW  2250  AUSTRALIA.
Any received not made payable to GREG SANDERS will be returned to sender.

A word of warning about sending CASH:
Although some countries permit the transfer of cash through the mail, Australia Post does not. If you do send cash and it is discovered, 
you run the risk of it being confiscated by the authorities. Up until now, many customers have decided to take the risk and send cash 
payment, and as yet, all payments have been received without any problems. If you wish to take the risk, the choice is yours.
